To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization

You are responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use and share the content
• The content does not violate any third party's rights
• The content is not illegal, harmful, threatening, or objectionable

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

When creating events or responding to event invitations:

• Event Hosts: You are solely responsible for your event's content, accuracy, and any activities associated with it
• Attendees: RSVP responses are shared with event hosts and may be visible to other attendees
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information or that events will occur as planned
• Disputes: Any disputes between event hosts and attendees should be resolved between those parties

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal period.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by deleting your account through the app settings.
